is high volume spay/neuter programs to reduce the high number of companion animals entering Hillsborough. ACT also offers a new spay/neuter service with their "Neuter Scooter" which picks
up pets at various locations, takes them to the coalition's South Tampa clinic at 1719 W Lemon St., performs the
spay/neuter surgeries, then returns the pets to the drop-off sites. Pet guardians pay only for the cost of the spaying or
