PET POLICY: Pets allowed by special arrangements only. One or two small to medium size dogs is usually fine. Pet fee of $30 per pet per week, or part of a week, a $150 pet deposit, plus a $150 security deposit which is refundable as long as there is no damage to the property from the pet(s).
