Jake was found, walking the streets alone, licking dead frogs for food. He was rescued by Sharon Byberg and her daughter who consider him a "true gift from God." Jake and his family reside in Port Charlotte, Florida, where he also lives with "Schatzee", a mini Schnauzer.
