Niles, the Mighty Mouse

"I know, I know, I'm so cute. It's a tough job, but somebody's gotta do it!"

Niles became the companion to Deborah Ann Smith of Tampa just a few months ago.
He is, according to her, a little angel, the light of her life.

"He loves going everywhere," Deborah said, "He stands on his head when he is happy, which is often. You can't help but smile when you meet him. He is such a lover and really enjoys getting his chest rubbed."

Another one of Niles's loves, according to Deborah, is his "knubbin", his puppy kong.
He throws it, barks at it and even sleeps with it.

"I am very blessed to have such a wonderful companion," Deborah said, echoing a feeling
so many of us have about our pets.

"Hey, you can look at my lambie, but you can't touch!"
