Deanna says Molly was the runt of her litter and the very first day they saw each other, Molly went running up to her with a stick she'd picked up off the ground. The two have been playing ever since. Molly also played a lot with one of Deanna's aunt's little Dachshund, Buckles. The two dogs were best pals until last May when sadly, Buckles passed away.

Molly loves to go shopping for treats at Petibles and PetSmart. Some of her favorite treats are turkey jerky and greenies as well as the chocolate covered avalanche from Petibles she gets every year for her birthday! Molly also loves to go on walks and to be loved! Deanna said she loves her family so much, every time one of them goes on a trip and comes home, she just cries and cries about how much she missed that person while they were away. She also gives the human a piece of her mind.

"But I can be just as cute as a little angel too!"

Also, according to Deanna, every evening when they get home she greets them with a special "Molly Hug." Molly loves her belly rubs as well. She really is a character with her own sweet personality. She is such a good girl and Deanna told us she feels truly lucky to be called her mommy. Molly has a stuffed doggie that Deanna got her when she was a puppy that has a heartbeat which can be turned on and off. Sometimes, Deanna said, this toy was the only thing that would get her to sleep at night. She still sleeps with it at night and to this day it's her favorite of her wide selection of toys. She also has to sleep with a nightlight at night and a fan. Deanna admits they all treat her like a human princess. Her favorite human snack is chicken or hamburgers, oh, and did we mention she loves to go bye-bye in the car (no, she doesn't do the driving.)

Molly has a few dislikes, like potatoes. Deanna said they try to offer her French fries but she will not eat them. When you give them to her she puts them in her mouth then this gross look appears on her face and she spits them out. She does this with any type of fruit or vegetable as well. Molly does not like to be left alone and does not like thunder or any loud noises like when people raise their voices. She also does not like to drink water from the dog park
which other dogs share. And, of course, she hates bath time.

The beagle girl even has favorite movies, including Snow Dogs and Lilo and Stich. Deanna said they call her their little Stich because when she was a baby she acted just like the character in the movie. Molly loves Snow Dogs because of the dogs that are in the movies - according to Deanna, she loves those blue eyes. Molly's favorite channel to watch is of course Animal Planet. She really does watch television and Deanna said it's really cute how she does it. She will spread her body out and cross her paws and look at the television screen. She likes music too and her favorite singer is Elvis. Molly only sings when a family member gets home late or she has not seen one of them for a little while.

Note from Deanna:"Molly is really just such a blessing. I do not think I could have gotten through some pretty tough times if I did not have her in my life. She really stepped up when Buckles passed away as well. She helped us all get through that extremely tough time. She also becomes "Nurse Molly" when someone gets ill.
She will make sure they are OK and if they need help she will go and get help."
