Ernie, former stray now enjoying his forever home!

"I once had to roam the streets, but now I've got it made."

Hi, I'm Ernie. I'm about 2 1/2-years-old, a handsome black lab.
I live with my human, Don Drennon, in Sunrise, Florida.

According to Don, Ernie adopted him back in October of 2004. His previous human had found him running in the streets of Delray Beach. After many unsuccessful attempts to find out who lost him. including signs and newspaper ads, she decided to open her home to him. But her other two dogs, a six-year-old Husky
and a 12-year-old Rotti didn't want to play all the time like Ernie did.

"So Ernie came to live with me," Don said, "These days, Ernie likes to go to the dog park and play in the kiddie pool."

Sounds like a great laid back, Florida lifestyle, Ernie, and you deserve it!
