2. Blanchard Park
Located at 2451 N Dean Road, one mile north of East SR-50 (E Colonial Drive) on Dean Road. Open 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. in summer; 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. in winter.
3. Blue Jacket Park
Located at 2501 General Reese Avenue. Open 6:00 a.m. to 11 p.m. Leashed dogs are permitted in this park on 55 acres of the former Orlando Naval Training Center. Offers benches, picnic area, restrooms, water fountain.
4. City Commons Plaza
Located at 400 S Orange Avenue, the entrance court to City Hall. Open 6:00 a.m. to 12:00 midnight. Leashed dogs are permitted in the 55,000 square foot plaza area. Offers benches, parking, restrooms.
5. Clear Lake Park
Located at 2301 29th Street. Leashed dogs will be permitted in this park which is still under construction (as of 11/04.)
