Lynn Haven City Parks, Recreational Areas and Beaches Lynn Haven City Commissioners decided July 8, 2008 to make Lynn Haven city parks, recreational areas and beaches friendly to leashed dogs. Humans will be responsible for clean up of their pet's waste. NOTE: We can't visit every area on a regular basis, so if you have information about any dog parks or beaches, or any other animal recreation facilities, in the Lynn Haven area, please contact FloridaPets.net.
