Indian Harbor Beach Canova Beach Park Note: This dog-friendly beach opened February 18, 2012. Located from the property line of the Radisson Suite Oceanfront Hotel to the south and the Eau Gallie Boulevard to the north, with signs marking the boundaries. There is no fee. CAUTION: Humans must pick up after their dogs and deposit the waste in receptacles provided or everyone will lose this new privilege. The Brevard County Commission voted in early October, 2011 to approve a year trial. Citizens can thank Sandy Paws Brevard , an advocacy group that has been gathering signatures to petition for this for some time.
