Fort Walton 1. Central Bark Park Announced April, 2009: Upstate Station Central Park in Fort Walton Beach will be getting a dog park to be called "Central Bark." This dog park will be a fenced area, with water bubblers, and it will be cleaned on a regular basis. Opening date to be announced. 2. Liza Jackson Park Located on Santa Rosa Blvd., on The Narrows, Santa Rosa Sound.
