Coral Springs1. Broward County parks Well-behaved, leashed dogs are allowed to visit all Broward County Parks except Hollywood North Beach Park (beachside) and the following Nature Centers: Anne Kolb, Secret Woods, Fern Forest, Tall Cypress, Hillsboro Pineland, and Deerfield Island. You can find general information about activities for pets in parks throughout Broward County here. 2. Coral Springs Dog Park This is the city's dog park. To get there, take Royal Palm Blvd. west. Pass Coral Ridge Drive – proceed to 123rd Avenue, just before the elementary school. The dog park will be on your left. For more information, call 954-752-1879 or 954-344-1841. 3. Dr. Paul's Pet Care Center Dog Park Located off Sportsplex Drive in the Sportsplex Regional Park Complex, between Sample Road and Royal Palm Blvd., east of Sawgrass Expressway. Parking is off Sportsplex Drive at the west pedestrian entrance. Hours:Check Web site for hours. This park offers two acres of enclosed area for unleashed play, paved running path, leash posts, watering area, a dog shower, dog statues, landscaping, pooper scooper bag dispensers, trash barrels, picnic table, dog agility equipment, gazebo, lighting and lots of shade trees. Reader Notes: "Alternate directions to this park, from West Sample Road and Coral Ridge Drive, go west and make a left at the first light before the Sawgrass Expressway."
