Aventura Waterway Dog Park Located on NE 31st Ave. between NE 183 and 185 Streets. Open from 8 a.m. until 30 minutes before sunset. This is approximately 1 1/2-acres with a separate area for dogs, doggie water fountains and showers, playground equipment and red fire hydrants. It took the place of a half-acre previously set aside for dogs in Veterans Park. Note: Entry into this park requires a valid Aventura resident ID card which can be acquired with proof of residency at the Community Recreation Center, 3375 NE 188 Street.
