Auberndale 1. Auburndale Dog Park This is a 2-acre dog park located at the south end of the Lake Myrtle Sports Complex. Offers separate areas for small and large dogs, parking, pet waste stations, trash cans, benches, an obstacle course, water fountains for both pets and people and lots of room to play. The dog park is close to the Auburndale TECO Recreation Trail, a popular dog-walking location. This park provides a choice to the people and dogs that have been driving to Polk County's other dog park in Mulberry. NOTE: We can't visit every area on a regular basis, so if you have information about any dog parks or beaches or any other animal recreation facilities in the Auburndale area, please contact FloridaPets.net.
